• Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user behaviors, attitudes, and motivations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and prioritize research opportunities.
• Design and execute research studies using various surveys, interviews, and usability studies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in user research and usability testing in a tech or digital product environment.
• Proficient in various user research methods and tools such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in industry-standard research and design tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, and others.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and a solid understanding of user-centered design processes.
• A solid portfolio of past research projects and their impact on product design and development.
• Experience working in an Agile or Lean product development environment is preferred.
• Passion for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations, and a strong advocate for user-centric design practices.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
