We didn’t set out to build a recruitment company. MultiplyMii began with a simple truth: great companies are built on great teams — not by overspending, but by designing them strategically. We built a system to find and integrate that talent—experts, not VA task-doers. The business grew from $2M to $5M in 12 months, leading to an acquisition.
Over the last decade, we’ve refined the model—scaling to 80+ people, achieving 8-figure revenue in 5 years, and managing complex operations that are run almost entirely offshore. Now, MultiplyMii helps others do the same—without the painful trial and error it took us to get here.
