This Agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions of your participation in MultiplyMii's  Affiliate Program. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as follows:

Eligibility and Process:

• Anyone can join our affiliate program for free (existing clients and non-clients). 
• The referral must be a NEW lead. Once the referral has been in our sales pipeline and CRM, they will be denied as a referral of the member. 
• Affiliates can refer as many clients as they can. Hence, duplicate referrals will be handled according to the first submission received.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The aim of a referral program is to encourage affiliates to spread the word about our MultiplyMii, not to get discounts.
• Should your referral did not go through the referral link, you may email affiliate-program@multiplymii.com and our Sales team will contact them providing that your referral has complete details such as Name, Email, Company Name
• When a client clicks on the member’s referral link, he/she will be redirected to our website and their activity will be tracked by our affiliate platform. They will be auto-approved as the member’s referral as long as the system sees they are valid referrals. Hence, MultiplyMii has the right to deny invalid referrals if it is deemed invalid. 
• This affiliate program is mainly for client referrals only. If they become our clients and avail our services, the member will receive a referral fee

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

• The Affiliate understands that they may gain "confidential information" about MultiplyMii by their participation in the Program, and that unauthorized disclosure or use of this information could result in damage or loss. Without our prior written authorization, the Affiliate agrees not to disclose such Confidential Information to anyone or use it for any purpose other than in connection with the Program.
• The Affiliate must abide by all applicable privacy and unsolicited marketing laws and regulations, and will not take any activity that violates such laws or regulations elsewhere in the globe.  Else, without the Affiliate's approval, MultiplyMii will not release the Affiliate's personal information to third parties on our behalf (other than partners hired to operate portions of the Program).  
• Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale was not tracked correctly, email us at affiliate-program@multiplymii.com

Commission and Payout:

• The affiliate will receive one time 10% commission from the total deal value of every referred client under the Direct Hire service model. 

• Computation of the commission shall not include Base salary, 13th month, Benefits, Bonuses and/or anything else that goes directly to the Multiplier. 
• If the referred client receives any discounts, the commission will be computed based on the final deal value less any discounts given. We will notify you on the final amount of commission. 
• Commissions are only earned on successful transactions. Once a client has signed  the Service Agreement, it is deemed successful. Otherwise, any transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
• Commissions will be released at 100% after 45 days maturation period upon signing the Service Agreement. 
• All payments will be made in US dollars. Other currencies shall be subject for approval. The amount being sent is reduced by any bank fees associated with remitting payments to the Affiliate's designated account. The Affiliate's bank may charge foreign exchange fees on payments received, depending on the currency of the Affiliate's account.

• Commissions are paid via bank transfer. Your bank information will be required for processing.
• If you are an existing client, you may have the option to credit your commission to your next invoice. Once the referred client has paid their 2nd month’s invoice in full, our Finance team will compute reward to be credited on referrer’s invoice

Above Terms and Conditions are subject to change and the affiliate program may be terminated at MultiplyMii’s sole discretion.
