User Experience Specialist

The successful candidate will create and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to capture critical stakeholder data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will:

•  Work in a close-knit team of Product, Technical and Delivery leads
•  Influence best-practice implementation of our product 
•  Communicate and listen to customers; bridging the challenges for users
•  Create and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to capture critical stakeholder    data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
•  Craft user personas and journey maps to communicate insights to the Product, Technical and Delivery teams
• Assist the product team during the Usability testing phase of the product development

About You:

Core qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in UX Research;
• An analytical mind and you are passionate about research and problem solving;
• Comprehensive knowledge in qualitative research methodologies including user requirements gathering, focused group discussions, interviews, prototyping testing, journaling;
• Sound knowledge in quantitative research methodologies (e.g. Surveys, Linear Regression, etc.);
• Experience in creating User Journey Maps and User Personas;
• Experience working with User Testing is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
• Highly organized individual with the capability of effective task prioritization and time management
• Experience working in an Agile team environment;
• Strong collaboration and teamwork experience;
