• Conduct user tests and interviews to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing clear design assets and guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance design capabilities.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across products and features.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to foster a unified design approach.
• Monitor the performance of existing designs, gather user feedback, and recommend iterative improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and successful projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of their impact on interface design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to address user needs and pain points.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software and tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
