• Design and develop technical training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and documentation.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and create appropriate instructional strategies.
• Utilize instructional design theories and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Implement interactive learning activities and assessments to gauge learning outcomes.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for technical staff.

• Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning concepts.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems, software, and tools.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
