• Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new supply chain solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to ensure the timely delivery of products while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration and optimizing procurement processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on supply chain performance.
