• Skilled in communicating project updates, deadlines, and requirements to subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organization skills to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with contract terms, change orders, and compliance requirements.
• Able to anticipate potential issues and develop quick solutions to avoid project delays.
• Skilled in negotiating terms and resolving disputes with subcontractors.
• Experience with software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar tools for tracking project milestones and budgets.
