• Managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees
• Auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Processing employee benefit contributions and withholding
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
• Generating payroll reports for management review
• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis

• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Relevant payroll certification such as CPP or FPC preferred
