• Manage and prioritize incoming customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse staff, logistics partners, and customer service to streamline the order fulfillment process.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies or issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
