• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Estimating Professional) is a plus.
