• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CIPS are a plus.
