Research and Development Manager

What are we looking for: 

MultiplyMii is in search of a Research and Development Manager who can drive the vision of their clientele with calculated and vibrant ideas.

A research and development (R&D) manager performs a number of highly important roles within an organization. They are responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into their company or organization and overseeing the development of new products. 

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form. 

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee product opportunity
• Review and approve new product ideas
• Inspire new brand development
• Manage and handle a product research specialist, product sourcing specialist and a graphic artist
• Lead key projects to support business goals
• Understand customer expectations on the products
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations
• Research, design and evaluate materials, processes and products
• Be responsible for managing product sourcing and graphic design
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with the company business units
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting goals
• Document all phases of research and development
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits and product evaluations

About You:

Core qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Research and Development Manager, or equivalent
• Strong experience in Research and Product Development
• Proven ability to develop processes and strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Experience with Amazon is an advantage
