• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. 
• Conduct risk analysis and management to ensure cost control. 
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations. 
• Monitor and track project progress in terms of costs and variations. 
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations to clients. 
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes. 
• Conduct cost analysis for value engineering and cost-saving opportunities. 
• Utilize software and tools for accurate quantity surveying.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. 
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and regulations. 
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses are an advantage.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong analytical thinking ability and attention to detail. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
