• Create high-quality, accurate, visually engaging medical illustrations to support scientific and medical publications.
• Design graphics and layouts for medical and scientific publications, including posters, brochures, presentations, and digital media.
• Manage the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, medical professionals, and marketing, to understand project goals and deliver effective designs.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in medical illustration and graphic design, and apply them to projects.
• Conduct thorough research to gather accurate medical information and ensure the scientific accuracy of illustrations and designs.
• Maintain a library of templates, assets, and reference materials for efficient project execution.
• Ensure that all files and designs meet industry quality, accuracy, and compatibility standards.
• Collaborate with printing and production vendors to ensure the successful execution of print materials.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical illustration and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and scientific concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
