Marketing Leader

In this role, you will:

•  Oversee and manage company’s marketing for online accounts
• Be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. 
• Supervise, hire, and develop e-commerce marketing team
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods
• Simultaneously create a structure and build processes in back end functions and strategy
• Help launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation, etc;
• Oversee strategic marketing direction for multiple brands;
• Work on developing content, listings, images, video, etc for product listings and websites
• Oversee administration and provide strategic direction for all social media accounts, email campaigns, Influencers, and Public Relations
• Work with the marketing team to come up with strategic sales and promotional plans for products with the ability to track sales results and profitability;
• Manage the team’s day-to-day responsibilities for online marketplaces
• Analyze data on product rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst-performing SKUs;
• Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing as well as best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities, and present to management;
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates;
• Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaigns and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance. 

About You:

Core qualifications:

•  5+ years of experience in managing team and doing Digital Marketing,
• Has experience in Business-to-Customer environment with a focus on eCommerce, experience with Amazon is a bonus;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and extraordinary communication skills;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented;
• Strong problem-solving skills
