• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background in IT systems, networks, and security
• Proficiency in project management and IT budgeting
• Certification in relevant IT areas such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
