• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects.
• Deep understanding of project management principles and practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving complex project goals.
• Acute problem-solving skills coupled with strategic thinking abilities.
