• 7+ years of progressive experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) are a plus
