In this key role, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that empower employees and drive business performance.

With your expertise in instructional design, learning science, and technology, you’ll craft training programs and eLearning solutions that make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and actionable.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning journeys that not only build skills but also support measurable growth, productivity, and organizational success.

• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Design curricula, courses, and learning modules aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop engaging eLearning, instructor-led, and blended training content that incorporates multimedia, simulations, and interactive activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on content creation.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s taxonomy).
• Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Optimize learning experiences based on learner feedback and analytics.
• Manage and maintain learning content and documentation within LMS platforms and other systems.
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
• Train facilitators or trainers when required.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience in instructional design or training development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to design assessments and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess learning effectiveness.
