Your role will involve designing engaging learning activities, creating multimedia assets, and implementing innovative instructional strategies.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and multimedia content.
• Implement instructional design theories and models to create high-quality training materials.
