• Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential impact investment opportunities
• Build financial models and evaluate investment proposals to assess risk and return
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including impact organizations, entrepreneurs, and industry experts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate impact investments into our overall business strategy
• Monitor and manage existing impact investment portfolios to ensure performance and impact targets are met

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact investing, venture capital, private equity, or related fields

• Proven track record of successfully managing impact investment portfolios
• Proficiency in impact measurement methodologies and tools
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
