In this role, you’ll be tasked with leading core HR functions while supporting financial discipline and compliance standards that keep the business running smoothly.

From managing recruitment and employee relations to strengthening performance frameworks and HR policies, you’ll ensure people processes are efficient and aligned with business goals. 

You’ll also work closely with leadership to support workforce planning, manage risk, and create an environment where employees are supported, engaged, and set up to perform.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for finance and corporate roles.

• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Assist in HR budgeting and cost control efforts.

• Support organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with finance and department heads on people-related needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in finance environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and payroll coordination.
