We are searching for a skilled Head of Supply Chain and Customer Service to monitor and track supply of products and services, communicating with suppliers and the internal team to ensure efficient processes are in place. The successful candidate will also be the frontline contact for customer queries, attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions.

In this role, you will:
- Monitoring and tracking product samples (Development) in work with suppliers.
- Monitoring and tracking production orders, receiving ETA’s and ensuring they are shipping on time.
- Proactively solve production issues to ensure on time delivery.
- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Assisting with design changes and following up communication with the suppliers.
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
About You:
Core qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service (BPO)
- Strong communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey support customers with their product concerns and issues
- Excellent in multi-tasking, tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
- Good understanding of email/chat etiquette
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing Facebook messages
- A sense of urgency and responsibility
- Ability to work with less supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Speak impeccable English
