In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence. You'll implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in tracking document versions, revisions, and approvals, maintaining a systematic filing system, and facilitating document retrieval when needed.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you'll support project coordination by distributing documents, tracking deliverables, and assisting in the preparation of project status reports. Your role will also involve conducting regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Verify that all documents comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
