• Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring or cultural transformation.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
