You’ll lead a dedicated team, crafting and implementing strategies to enhance our fulfillment operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality. By analyzing key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, you’ll guide your team to achieve excellence and exceed customer expectations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve order processing efficiency and shipment accuracy.
• Lead and manage a team of fulfillment staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics, purchasing, and customer service to streamline fulfillment processes.
• Analyze fulfillment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase fulfillment speed and accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and workflow to enhance productivity.
• Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the fulfillment process.
• Prepare and manage the fulfillment budget, controlling costs without compromising service quality.

• In-depth knowledge of fulfillment operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with fulfillment software systems.
