DevOps Lead

Collaborating closely with development teams, IT operations, and other key stakeholders, you’ll manage automation tools, guide best practices, and optimize infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery!

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.
• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated code deployments.
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and testing teams to ensure smooth delivery of software products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a DevOps role with hands-on experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure as code (IAC) principles using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading a team of DevOps engineers is desirable.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
