• Knowledge of industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies
• Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP) preferred
