• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Analyst in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar platforms. 
• Experience in configuring and maintaining data management systems or databases. 
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance measurement. 
• Ability to communicate data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising strategies. 
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
