Creatives Director

What are we looking for: 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Creatives Director with the ability to oversee and be involved in the production, planning and execution of new products for an Amazon Private Label Management Agency.

The successful candidate must have experience in design such as product design, marketing etc. and be an excellent leader/ manager. It is imperative that these skills are paired with originality and confidence to share bold, new ideas whilst heading the entire Content Creation Department with confidence and diligence.. It is expected that these skills are utilised in leading the creative output of the business which involves collaboration with colleagues in the form of brainstorming, task setting and timeline creation.

If you are great at managing client and manager expectations by way of the procedure, communicating and general best practice, it is highly desirable. This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

• Be the main point of contact for design projects and strategy within the company
• Design listings that achieve maximum effectiveness on Amazon
• Spearhead new content creation to enhance the selling ability of the company
• Lead Creatives Department meetings and function as a team manager, setting tasks, offering advice and ensuring maximal Department output
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing strategies and be able to be dynamic in implementing new ideas
• Exploit your creativity to create new digital content that is original and stands out
• Be the liaison between the Creatives Department and Company Management (CEO and COO). Report progress updates and to discuss issues that arise.
• Constantly follow Amazon trends to understand what is effective at any given time, updating current procedures where ideal to do so
• Be involved in planning new content projects for colleagues in other departments such as preparing infographics, presentations and reports
• Operate as a leader within the content creation team and subsequently support team members as necessary, in ways such as advice, encouragement, looking out for their wellbeing or respectfully informing them when there is an issue with their performance and recommending ways of improving.

About You:

Core qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in digital content creation, capable of producing sales or listings, marketing materials and also internal content such as presentations. Required
• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications or similar. Strongly Recommended
• Amazon sales background including the skills to design listings for success, tailor marketing campaigns etc. Ideal
• An original thinker that is artistic and skilled in their design capabilities and willing to showcase that in their professional work whilst staying true to the design requirements.
• Confident leader with the ability to be empathetic, reliable and assertive when necessary.
• Respectful and effective communicator that is able to speak professionally and listen authentically to clients and colleagues.
