MultiplyMii is looking for a Chief Technology Officer with a software and tech background who will be responsible for shaping the SaaS product, responsible for the technological functioning of the business and be involved in all new product development.

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the tech team and function as a manager and leader.
- Be involved in product design as required by the Product Design Team whilst also being responsible for back-end functioning, managing internal technological needs.
- Continue to stay up to date with new trends and developments, integrating new technologies into the business when deemed beneficial.
- Use your understanding of business operations to tailor technological services for maximum effectiveness and usability.
- Project Planning and Execution: Identify priorities, tasklist, risk, constraints and dependencies on the project flow.
- Project Execution: Execute approved Product Strategy. Manage projects from inception through execution. Ensure alignment on scope, budget, timeline, objectives, organizational policies and procedures. Facilitate regular stand-ups/scrums with the project team to monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing changes where necessary.
- Attend meetings with other Heads of Department, CEO, CFO, present relevant discoveries and ideas, be involved in brainstorming and problem solving.
- Quality Testing: Recommend and implement evaluation techniques, define testing scenarios based on use cases. Facilitate internal and external (Functional Quality Testing) and gather feedback and provide recommendations.
- Constant product improvement: Evaluate standards of component products. Constantly work on the improvement of existing products, testing, analyzing data, and managing defects. Setup feedback collection mechanisms to gather feedback to identify and fill product gaps, and alter product requirements based on user input.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise and communicate with relevant stakeholders not limited to gathering project requirements and timely updates. Compile, analyze and present project reports to inform senior leadership on roadblocks, challenges, issues, risks, trends and patterns, and provide recommendations on possible solutions to implement.
- Documentation: Ownership of creating and implementing document control policies and documentation templates including processes and SOPs.

Core qualifications:
- High school education and or relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred
- Must have excellent mathematical and computer skills
- Technical background, with experience in platform development.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skill
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly analytical with creative problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork skills
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with colleagues
