In this role, you'll harness your expertise in CAD software to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models that meet exact specifications and standards. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that every design element is meticulously crafted for optimal functionality and visual clarity.

• Create accurate 2D and 3D models of building structures and components.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to convert initial concepts and sketches into technical drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for the design process.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.
• Continuously improve CAD processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Certification in CAD drafting is a plus.
