• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations related to data privacy and security.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or similar are a plus.
