AWS Network Architects are responsible for various tasks around secure, scalable, and cost-effective network solutions in the AWS environment. They design, configure, and implement these solutions and analyze system capabilities to recommend optimal strategies. 

They monitor and maintain network operations, troubleshoot any network-related issues, and ensure security policies and procedures adherence. They also develop and implement cloud security best practices and identify potential security risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture, preferably in AWS environments.

• Understanding network protocols, including IP, DNS, ARP, VPN, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS networking services such as VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53, etc.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
