We are in search of a Fulfillment Center Manager to be the driving force behind efficient operations, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences on the Amazon platform.

The successful candidate will possess an excellent understanding of Amazon fulfillment systems and processes and will be responsible for leading our Amazon fulfillment center team.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, including staffing, scheduling, and monitoring employee activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders, including quality control and compliance with Amazon standards and policies, to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the delivery of products and services to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor fulfillment center inventory levels and implement proper replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze customer feedback and modify fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and address any areas for improvement.
• Implement new processes, systems, and technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment center.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, carriers, and Amazon support teams.
• Develop and maintain operational and performance metrics, conducting regular reporting to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with budget development and financial forecasting for the fulfillment center operations.
• Collaborate with upper management to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement within the fulfillment center.

• 5+ years of experience managing a fulfillment center or similar logistics/warehouse setting, preferably with experience in an Amazon fulfillment center.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon fulfillment processes, systems, and policies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new skills, technologies, and changing business requirements.
