An AI Chatbot Trainer & Quality Analyst is responsible for improving chatbot performance through training, testing, and quality evaluation. This role ensures AI-driven conversations are accurate, helpful, consistent, and aligned with user expectations.

AI Chatbot Trainers and Quality Analysts review chatbot interactions, identify gaps in responses, and retrain models using updated data and prompts. They analyze conversation quality, accuracy, and intent recognition to improve performance.

They collaborate with product, AI, and customer experience teams to ensure chatbot outputs meet quality standards and business needs.
