• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain roles, typically 3-5 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in logistics software and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• High level of accuracy in managing logistics operations and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
