3rd Party Logistics and Sourcing Agent

We are looking for a passionate 3rd Party Logistics and Sourcing Agent to maximize company efficiency, saving time and money.

The successful candidate will be an expert communicator who excels by making connections with other businesses and is resourceful and creative, being able to find reliable, economical and high quality suppliers and service providers.

If you are great at managing client and manager expectations by way of the procedure, reporting and general best practice, it is highly desirable.  This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

•  Make connections with suppliers and service providers around the world
• Analyse the effectiveness of current strategies, innovate methods of improvement and present your suggestions to decision makers.
• Procure deals with new companies that offer more desirable services
• Be a visionary that looks years into the future, planning according to that vision and making decisions that put the business in good stead for years to come.
• Report your results regularly to COO and Finance Manager for their feedback and to discuss improvements.
• Be expected to be diligent in keeping to timelines in order to ensure efficient production and sale of goods.
• Take on part of the responsibility for many company KPIs such as quality of goods, timeliness of arrival etc.
• Act as liaison between the company and 3rd party service providers
• Constantly be learning about Amazon product success to improve your ability to find successful products.

About You:

Core qualifications:

•  Experience in Supplier Management role or similar
• Problem Solver -  Able to objectively assess difficult situations and execute solutions
• Analytical Thinking -  Comfortable understanding numbers and reports to make data driven decisions
• Strong Networker- ability to create connections with existing and new suppliers, fostering a sense of commitment and good faith.
• Strong Project Management Skills - On top of the updates and progress of the project, and able to drive action to activities that require urgent attention.
