Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If a sourcing project needs to be canceled, MultiplyMii shall evaluate whether the initial deposit will be retained or refunded based on these considerations:
  • Deposit Retention: MultiplyMii reserves the right to retain the deposit if there are significant breaches of the agreements by the Client. This includes situations such as substantial communication gaps or misunderstandings that hinder the sourcing progress.
  • Deposit Refund: MultiplyMii will refund the deposit to the Client within 7 business days after the termination of the sourcing project, provided that all terms agreed upon have been complied with in accordance with the agreements, in the following cases:
    • MultiplyMii has not met key obligations outlined in the agreement.
    • MultiplyMii has endorsed a minimum of 5 qualified candidates, yet none meet the Client's requirements, as evaluated against the agreed Job Description.
• In the event of termination of a Talent Management project, any deposit on hand plus any monthly charges not incurred shall be prorated and refunded to the client according to the terms of the agreement.
