• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Administer and update HR policies and procedures following employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct employee performance appraisals and provide recommendations for professional development.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
