• Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. 
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and suppliers. 
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure all milestones and deliverables are met. 
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. 
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. 
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. 
• Conduct inspections of work in progress and address any concerns. 
• Evaluate contractor bids and proposals to select the most suitable vendors. 
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
