• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement Agile project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, estimate, and execute project activities.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Provide leadership and support to the Agile development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and technologies like JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.
