Local Health Marketing is an AU-based agency that specializes in providing digital marketing services for healthcare and medical professionals.

The client initially hired a VA from an online job platform, but they found it difficult to give the employee autonomy and responsibility. This created a bottleneck in the business's growth, as the client felt overwhelmed with the workload and was unable to delegate essential tasks effectively.

The client hired Agatha* as a Project Manager, and eventually brought on board Justin* as a web designer and developer. They now work for the client full-time.
